Coffee, for sure. Maybe a double espresso.

Tropical beach.
What was your very first job, and what is the funniest lesson you learned from it?
First job was picking strawberries on a berry farm. I learned that strawberries taste better fresh and that teenage boys are annoying.
Why do you like to move?
Movement is how I take care of my mental health, how I connect with God, and how I survive winter in Ohio.

What is your favorite part about volunteering on the TT committee and how long have you been on the TT committee?
Been on the committee 1 year. This is number 2. It combines two of my favorite things – running and volunteering.
What do you do for your day job?
Quality Manager for a chemical /pharmaceutical company.
Favorite Thanksgiving food?
All of them, it is my favorite meal of the year. Can’t pick just one. I love them all (stuffing, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie)
What do you envision the starting line of the TT will look like in 30 years?
I hope it looks exactly the same.

What is your favorite part about volunteering on the TT committee and how long have you been on the TT committee?
1 year on TT committee and I enjoy being a small part of a great team of people working towards making the TT successful and fun

MOM.

What do you envision the starting line of the TT will look like in 30 years?
In 30 years, I envision the starting line full of sunshine and happy, grateful faces….along with a few elderly individuals completing their 42nd annual Turkey Trot 5K!

What was your very first job, and what is the funniest lesson you learned from it?
Helping my mom clean transparency projector sheets….realizing I loved school supplies :).
Why do you like to move?
It brings me closer to God, reminds me of what we are capable of, and prepares my heart for whatever is to come that day!

What is your favorite part about volunteering on the TT committee and how long have you been on the TT committee?
I love the people and supporting the mission of YoungLives! I have been on the team since we started in 2015 – 12 years
What do you do for your day job?
I’m a full-time mom. I just started a non-profit, Main Street Movement, so I work part-time on this as well.
Favorite Thanksgiving food?
Does pumpkin spice latte count?
What do you envision the starting line of the TT will look like in 30 years?
I’d like to be on it! I haven’t run in the Turkey Trot since our first year, in 2015, and right now, I can’t actually run. However I’m working on getting back to running. I can’t wait to run alongside some my own kiddos, who will be in their 30’s at that point! And maybe they’ll have their own kids in the Fun Run!
